This app worked great for a while, but with the price increase its a bit too much for the amount of photos I share. I've not been able to change my subscription, there's no option I can find on the app or on website and I am still waiting to hear back from someone at Tinybeans support to help. Thanks for your guidance in figuring this out!

O4/27/24 I have auto renewal for my family subscription. It's annoying that every year when the subscription renews, important people I've granted access to, (mother/father"), have access removed. If the account is in good standing, renewal s/b is seamless, and users should not be affected. I wasn't even notified of the change, so I could immediately update their access. This practice needs to be changed.

We apologize for the confusing experience, Deb. As our support shared, you aren't eligible to share your subscription because it can only be shared with those who follow a journal you own/co-own, and you do not own or co-own any journals. We're happy to help adjust your subscription so it better fits your needs if you'd like - just send us a note!

App is incredibly buggy especially with uploads even with the newest version. Now with the price doubling it isn't worth it. I only stuck it out through the end of the free version because I was afraid to lose photos, luckily lots of new tutorials to get photos saved on other apps. Wish I had left earlier.
